FROM EXETER AND THE M5
TAKE A30 FOR OKEHAMPTON AND BODMIN
DIRECTIONS TO LEWTRENCHARD FROM EXETER & M5
From Exeter and the M5 take A30 for Okehampton and Bodmin. After approximately 25 miles take the Sourton Cross Exit slip road marked A386 for Tavistock, Plymouth and Bideford. At the end of the slip road turn right and then immediately left onto old A30 (West Devon Drive) signposted to Bridestowe and LEWDOWN. Follow the road for 6 miles into the village of Lewdown. Ignore your Sat Nav and only turn left at the sign for Lewtrenchard opposite the village school. Follow signs for ¾ mile and you will find us on the left-hand side of the road.

FOR TAVISTOCK.
DIRECTIONS TO LEWTRENCHARD FROM PLYMOUTH
From Plymouth take A 386 for Tavistock. From Bedford Square in Tavistock, take the small road between HSBC and TSB Bank, signposted Chillaton and Liton. About 1 mile out of Tavistock, fork let for Chillaton. Proceed straight through Chillaton, and Lewtrenchard is approximately 3½ miles on the right-hand side.
JOIN THE A30, HEADING EAST
TOWARDS LAUNCESTON/OKEHAMPTON.
DIRECTIONS TO LEWTRENCHARD FROM CORNWALL
Join the A30, heading east towards Launceston/Okehampton. As soon as you pass over the River Tamar near Launceston (Dunheved Bridge), take the slip road off to your let sign posted Liton. Turnright at the end of the slip road on to the old A30. Stay on this road, passing through Lifton, until you enter Lewdown (about 6 miles). All within about 200 yards, you will pass the War Memorial on your right, then the village Stores/Post Office. Take the first turning on your right after the Post Office which is signposted Lewtrenchard. Descend the hill for a ¾ mile and we are on the let.
